Something deserved to be better you would feel watching the first half. This complaint slowly pitches out from your mind coming to post interval. The ‘Chain’ of reactions are good, there is speed in the second, the human tension, the political aspirations, the betting Bootha all add up in the second half to make the film worth watching.

Anoop Ramaswamy Kashyap is no doubt intelligent. He has pulled the right ‘Chain’ for a decent film. Yet the commercial and entertainment elements in the first half he should have taken care.For the majority of family audience this film ‘SS’ is so apt and thought out well.

Janu (Dhanya Balakrishna) and Vedanth (Rishi) are in love. In a freak incident Janu loses her gold chain give for her birthday by her mother. To fetch the chain back Vedanth takes a big risk. He gets in to betting by pledging papers of a property. He loses his money in the betting. A time is fixed for him to return the excess money he has lost in betting. On the other side there is tension in the life of Janu who is quite often affected with epilepsy.

Now in a short time Vedanth picks an idea to a politician who is in need of people to attend his political party speech. That is the peak announcement in the film ‘Sarvajanikarige Suvarnavakasha’ – on a ‘sunny’ evening mammoth attendance at the ground earns wonderful money for Vedanth to settle all his worries. What more in the theatres where SS is running.

Rishi is very fine in his role and he is in bit of action mood too. Dhanya Balakrishna debut is quite interesting. She has good potential in acting – surely a strong future in Kannada filmdom for her. Dathanna is superb once again, Ranganaya Raghu and Siddu Moolimani gives good support.

Midun Mukundan comes up with two lovely songs. Cinematography is convincing in this film along with editing of the film.

This is worth a family watch!
